COMMUNITY ARTS GRANTS FINAL REPORTS

Congratulations! You have completed your programming and all that is left to do is send us your final report.

Please download the report and budget sheet here and return it to the Community Arts Grants coordinator at grants@artswyco.org or mail to ACWC. Your final report is due 30 days after the completion of your project, and never later than January 31 of the following grant year (1/31/2024 for 2023 projects).

Please don’t forget to include marketing and advertising examples. We would greatly appreciate photographs and links to social media and website information, as well! Photographs and other media provided may be used by the ACWC in its newsletter, on its website, in social media and elsewhere to show off the exciting creative projects carried out through the hard work of grant recipients in their communities!
