Come and make a beautiful case for your small scissors or a case to keep your needles in order. Using natural dyed wool yarn, participants will learn some basic embroidery stitches on felt and also how to use the blanket stitch to finish the edge. All materials provided except the scissors.

Ellen is a Weaver, Spinner, Dyer, Felter, and Basketmaker living in Delevan, NY. She has taught at local weaver’s guilds, Springville Center for the Arts, 4-H, Fiber Flurry and private gatherings. She is a member of the Buffalo Weavers’ Guild and the Enchanted Mountain Weavers’ Guild. She also spends time with her small flock of sheep.
