Tami Fuller is a second-generation fiber artist and educator. Her work integrates the traditional foundations of hand-constructed processes with modern technique. Her workshops are designed with an eye toward revitalizing and modernizing fiber, ensuring the continuation of these skill sets by exposing the art form to new people within new contexts. She teaches retreats and workshops throughout the North East. Her work has received awards from NY Sheep and Wool, Lake Affect Magazine and the Carnegie Art Center. In 2022, she was defined as a WNY artist culture-maker and a recipient of the NY Council on the Arts “Creatives Rebuild NY” grant, tasked with rebuilding arts access post-COVID. She is an internationally published fiber artist whose work has appeared in Fiber Art Now and her work can be found in collections in the United States, Canada and Australia. She works out of East Aurora, and is an exhibiting member of the Buffalo Society of Artists and a 2021 Roycroft Emerging Artist in Fiber.

Dear ACWC Members,

Please be advised that the Arts Council for Wyoming County will hold its Annual Meeting on Friday, May 29, 2026, at the Arts Council for Wyoming County, 31 South Main Street, Perry, NY 14530.

Please note that the May meeting of the Board of Directors will not be held on its regularly scheduled date and time (5.20.26 @ 7pm). Instead, the May board meeting will take place immediately following the Annual Meeting and Closing Reception/Awards Ceremony for the Annual Members’ Exhibition, Local Color: Under the Same Sun, on May 29, 2026.

The Annual Meeting will begin at 6:00 PM and will precede the Closing Reception and Awards Ceremony for Local Color: Under the Same Sun. The Board of Directors meeting will follow the conclusion of those events.

In accordance with ARTICLE VII – MEETINGS OF THE MEMBERSHIP of the Arts Council for Wyoming County bylaws, members are encouraged to attend.

Current Board President James White Jr. will preside over the Annual Meeting.

Agenda for the Annual Meeting:
• Call to Order – 6:00 PM
• Approval of Minutes from the Previous Annual Meeting
• Election of Officers and Directors
• Brief Remarks from the Executive Director
• Adjournment

Following the adjournment of the Annual Meeting, we will commence with the Awards Ceremony for the Annual Members’ Exhibition, Local Color: Under the Same Sun

The Arts Council for Wyoming County welcomes interest from community members who are passionate about supporting the arts and advancing the organization’s mission through board service. Individuals interested in being considered for future board membership are encouraged to contact Executive Director Krysta Aina at Krysta@ArtsWyCo.org. In accordance with the organization’s bylaws, nominations may also be made from the floor during the Annual Meeting.

If you are unable to attend, you may submit your proxy ballot and vote for the proposed slate of officers and directors by emailing your vote to Krysta@ArtsWyCo.org prior to the meeting.
