  Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale® Event Agreement

 

I am submitting an application to be an exhibitor with the Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale® and agree that acceptance of my application commits me to participate in the 2022 festival. I have read all the Rules and agree to abide by them and any other rules as may be established. I certify that all submitted and exhibited work is original (or reproduced as defined in the Rules) and produced solely by myself and I acknowledge that Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale® reserves the right to make final interpretations of all the Rules.

I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather or other acts of God or any other reason except as noted in the Rules for October 2022 withdrawals.

I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, release and forever discharge The Arts Council for Wyoming County, the Village of Perry, NY, the Board members of the Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale®, the volunteers, sponsoring organizations, any other duly appointed representatives and the employees, agents, officers of each from any responsibility, personal liability, personal injury, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with this Festival.

In consideration of Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale® acceptance of my application, I agree to allow them use of attached images, promotional materials and photographs taken during the Festival for the purpose of promoting the Festival this year and in future years.

Application Fee: $35
The non-refundable Application Fee of $35  is due and payable upon submitting the application to participate in the Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale®. Applicants make their payments through Eventeny by credit card. Applications will not be processed until the Application Fee is received.

Artists who are selected by the jury and invited to participate in The Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale® must remit the booth fee online by credit card through Eventeny. Deadline for payment is June 15, 2022. 

Artists are responsible for procuring and maintaining their own liability insurance and must provide Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale® with a Certificate of Insurance by July 15, 2022.
