2022 Grants Programming Final Reports

Congratulations! You have completed your programming and all that is left to do is send us your final report. Please don't forget to include marketing and advertising examples. Please download the report and budget sheet here and return it to Linda Franke at franke@artswyco.org or mail to ACWC. Your final report is due 30 days after the completion of your project, and never later than July 30, 2022 for Mini-grants and January 31, 2023 for "regular" Community Arts Grants.

  • Please complete and attach budget sheet and copies of ads, social media advertising, etc indicating how NYSCA and ACWC received credit for funding your project.

  • Please download this form and complete it, or use your own form. Attach to your final report.
