ACWC's Fall Yarn Bombing is Back!!

Have you seen any little birds around Wyoming County? Get a selfie with them and send your pics to franke@artswyco.org to be entered into a drawing for a "yarn-y" surprise!

Hint: There are four different birds - a cardinal, a bluebird, a titmouse, and a goldfinch. 3 of each are placed around the county. You may enter up to 4 times. Good luck!

Knitted bird patterns are by Megan Kreiner of MK Crochet/MK Knits. Her website is https://www.mkcrochetandknits.com/

The Wooly Wonders Kick Off was April 17th!

PLEASE NOTE: OUR WOOLY WONDERS GROUP IS NOW FULL. HOWEVER, CONTACT LINDA FRANKE AT franke@artswyco.org IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BEING PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST.

The Wooly Wonders project at the Arts Council for Wyoming County is funded by a grant from the Wyoming Foundation, a division of the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo, and allows us to engage participants in taking a local wool fleece from sheep to a finished project. We are off to a great start! Thanks so much to all the participants, to Kim Mathis of Mathis Merchantile and to Doreen Schenk of Heavenly Valley Farms. Keep watching for more updates on this project!
